Hi, I’m Nori!
Wandering Nori began during a quiet season of my life.
When little Nori started experiencing even worse separation anxiety phase, I stepped away from work to be with her fully, all day, including nap times. Suddenly, my days slowed down more than I ever expected. I found myself sitting in her bedroom for hours, watching her sleep, feeling both grateful and strangely unproductive.
During those still moments, I began scrolling through old photos on my phone—travel memories filled with light, movement, and places we once wandered through together. Remembering those days brought a quiet kind of joy, and that’s when the idea of Wandering Nori began to take shape.
This journal is a space to hold those memories—and to share them with others who are navigating travel in a different rhythm.
Traveling with a little one is never predictable. Plans change. Days unfold randomly. Energy comes and goes. But I’ve learned that when we slow down, we begin to notice more. Skipping the viral spots often leads us to quieter corners. Keeping our itineraries gentle allows room for rest, connection, and unexpected beauty.
Wandering Nori isn’t about doing everything.
It’s about choosing presence over rush.
About traveling softly, embracing unhurried days, and honoring the season we’re in.
Here, I share gentle itineraries, cozy stays, quiet places, and reflections from our slow journeys meant to inspire a kinder, calmer way to wander, especially when traveling with your little ones.
If you’re learning to move at a slower pace too, you’re in the right place.
